The hotel is extremely close to Haram, just a quick 10-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. The breakfast buffet offers excellent continental variety and is well worth the price. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is effective. There are convenient shops attached to the hotel, making it easy to access groceries and other necessities. The hotel gift shop offers a good variety of items at competitive prices.
Cannot find any fault.

It's great place for sightseeing and exploring Mecca. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. There is restaurant The Oasis at the premises;)))

The buffet offered good variety with good taste. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel is located close to the main attraction and it was easy to navigate our way around.
The room was unclean with noticeable dust on the surface. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to connect with loved ones during the Easter holiday.

This venue offers an exclusive experience with luxurious amenities and top-notch service. The private facilities, such as the exquisite bar and lounge area, were beyond our expectations. The location advantages, such as being close to the AlHaram's door, made our stay in Mecca even more enjoyable. The room advantages, such as the comfortable bed and the high-end toiletries, were a pleasant surprise. The restaurant, although pricey, offered a wide variety of delicious dishes.
The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the slow Wi-Fi. However, this was a negligible inconvenience compared to all the other advantages this hotel provided.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in Ramzan, especially when it comes to value for money. The sahur and iftaar buffet were fantastic, especially for Asian visitors like myself. The location of the hotel is superb, as it's very close to the Holy Mosque. This means that I could easily walk to and from the mosque, with only a 7-minute walk each way. Additionally, the hotel is located in a less busy area than other spots near the mosque, making it much easier to access this holy site. I also found that there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, which had a great selection of food options. Finally, the hotel's parking is a real plus, as it's located inside the hotel itself, providing an extra layer of security.
Was all great.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The hotel offered a good breakfast with a variety of food options and fresh juices. We also enjoyed the convenient location close to the main attractions of the city.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed disinterested in assisting us with our requests. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was poor and slow, which was frustrating when we needed to do some work online.
